I made this with love so just know that. It helps.
The poetry was here and now its not. I suppose it accomplished what it needed to do and went on it’s way.
As an adolescent I’d watch a perfume commercial or a trippy music video and immediately think “I want that”. Knowing how normal I am (compared to the world’s average person, not California’s average girl) I realized a lot of people probably see art they like and want to somehow posses it. The knee jerk way of doing this is to imitate or copy the commercial/piece – “film a version with me at the center” – a good old American material possession…but no… I’ve written about this before… so just dot dot dot…. if you know me you can guess where I’m going, and even if you can’t then your flawed guess still means more (so so so much more) than the actuality.
